“Attico Infinity” has been built and designed down to the smallest detail, to make your vacation in the quaint town of Caorle unforgettable. It is located in the east area, a few meters from the beach and five minutes from the historic center of Caorle.
The apartment is located on the fifth and last floor of the “Haus Margarete”, with an elevator and measures about 100 square meters inside + 75 square meters of terraces.
The Infinity Penthouse consists of an open-space kitchen-living area with a strong artistic impact, from the designer sofa with versatile weighted cushions and 65-inch smart TV, to the dining table, flanked by a textured wall, whose colors symbolize the sea, light, and infinity.
In addition to the luxurious materials chosen to furnish the interior, it is mandatory to mention the two amazing terraces. The terrace that runs the length of the apartment, furnished with outdoor tables and seating, sees not only the sea but also the iconic seaside church of the “Madonnina dell’ Angelo.”
The second terrace of the apartment, on the other hand, offers our guests a fabulous outdoor space, with a Jacuzzi with water temperature control (max 35°), ergonomic seating positions, customizable water color, and a large outdoor table with soft garden puffs.
The kitchen, with an American-style center island, induction cooktop with integrated hood, and protruding countertop “breakfast bar” style, i.e., with high stools and wine cellar refrigerator, also makes the kitchen area an environment in line with the very high standards of the home. The kitchen is equipped with every amenity from utensils to popular appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, traditional oven, Italian and American/German coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster/steak maker and mini pimer for blending dishes, kitchen courtesy kit and other useful accessories.
The master bedroom, with a king-size bed, has an “in suite” bathroom and a very spacious interior walk-in closet and smart TV. The windowed bathroom has not only a walk-in shower but also a free-standing bathtub and washbasin with a large countertop, toilet, and bidet. The second bedroom is also with a king-size bed and a smart TV. The second bathroom, also windowed, has a very spacious walk-in shower with a bathroom cabinet and a backlit mirror with an anti-fog function.
